Nicest Income Restricted Apartment
It's pretty good, especially for being income controlled. staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance has always come out within 24-48 hours for any problems i had. Neighbors are quiet for the most part, has great amenities(dog park, EV charging, 2 playgrounds, business center, pool and fitness center) I lived here for 1 year and had no complaints besides a minor one which is its hard to get in phone contact with the office, you pretty much have to email them but they respond within around 24... hours as well. I've lived in way more expensive apartments that weren't as nice as this one.
