Resident Experience

I have been a resident at Allura Las Colinas for a little over 3 years now. I initially relocated to Las Colinas for a new job opportunity. I have to say my experience in the first couple of years was not ideal, the staff was unresponsive and the property lacked cleanliness, specifically the pest issues were horrid and the pool was consistently dirty. I am not sure what has changed within the past few but the property has really seemed to turnaround, I no longer notice the pest issue, the pool… has been cleaned, and the staff is WAY more responsive, caring and feels like they actually want to be there.

Perfect location, top-notch team

I've toured Allura Las Colinas several times while waiting for my current home to sell, and I've been consistently impressed. The location is fantastic— within walking distance of great restaurants, which makes it easy to picture life there. The team has been incredibly hospitable every time I've visited, always professional and genuinely helpful with my questions. They're also underway with some property renovations that are already making the community feel more polished and welcoming. I can't… wait to make the move once my house sells — highly recommend checking this property out.

Great Experience

Allura is under new management which has been a refreshing change. They are timely, professional, and clearly care about their residents. They are also undergoing some property improvements which is making the community feel more like home. On top of that, they are offering great discounts on rent and move-in savings. I highly recommend that people check out this property.
