Great apartment in a great location in Las Colinas. I'm hopeful this new property management company continues to make progress in maintaining the building and being responsive to resident needs. There's a lot of baggage from the last 6 years that continues to need to be overcome.

Avoid this property. New ownership will sell you on grand plans that may or may not happen. Just ask any resident on site if they would recommend living here.
