all about money

if I had the option I'd have given negative stars,
Don't move here & I repeat DON'T MOVE HERE,

since day one have seen a lot of Roaches!!!

in 2019 when snow storm happened there water pipes got busted and it took them weeks to fix it and right after that the management started sending letters to everyone about useless fines , they were giving fine to everyone over everything just so they can have the money to repair there pipes which was none of the residents mistake but still had to pay… .

secondly, your personal belongings are not SAFE many people had there cars broken into in the middle of the night, instead of taking better steps like installing cameras around the property. The administration send out letters saying keep your personal belongings with you. (was a good step but much more needed to be done to keep the residents and there belonging safe)

everywhere you go all the apartments take care of you because you pay them rent and in return they provide you a safe and comfortable place to live but that's not the case here.

from my experience of living with them, I have came up with conclusion that these apartment are all about
Money Money & Money !!!!!!
they would keep giving you fines just so they can make as much as possible from you and on the other hand the quality that they are providing is NOT WORTH IT.

when you stop by the office for the first time they would try there 100% to enroll you so they can make up the application fees don't be trapped.(that's how they got me )

Think multiple times!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Be aware

Please save you some headache and move somewhere else !!! I've been living on a hot apt for months and nobody seems to care , they keep ignoring me or closing my work orders without fixing anything, ... MAINTENANCE is the worst!!!! ,i have a family of raccoons living on my ceiling and they keep saying they will take care of it and nothing happens , so frustrating!!! they blame the ac issue to the raccoons but yet nothing has been done !!! the racoons opened a hole on my kitchen ceiling now is… dripping water yet nothing has been done they keep closing my work order and even hung up on my calls , cant wait to move

READ REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING IN

I have been dealing with mold/mildew whatever the manager Connie wants to call it for 4 months now. Already put in 3 maintenance orders. Paint peels off the wall. It’s already the middle of July and they still have not opened the pools up. My mailbox has been broken since I moved in. These apartments are cheap for a reason.

Don't do it

used condoms in the parking lot
maintenance does not fix anything
random fines without any warning
apartment employees going into your apt without notifying you
walls are not insulated
they charge you more for water than you would pay in a 4 bedroom house
black mold covered by paint
AC always going out in summer
roaches everywhere!!!!
Don't do it there are so many better apartments around

Apartment left unlocked

These apartments continue to get worse the longer I live here. They raise rent and do less. They had a contractor on property and unlocked my apartment for the contractor but then left my unit unsecured all day with people going in and out when ever they felt like. I found my unit open when I got home from work and no one in site. When I complained I was asked if anything was missing, I said I did not think so and they said then it is okay. This is a huge problem, If my child had come home… and someone had been inside waiting for her or stealing things. Just because nothing is missing does not make this okay. I requested for the apartments to make a note of their negligence in my tenant record and they refused and stated that if I want I can send them an email about it. Along with this three times they have entered my unit and left work orders for things that were not broken. I did not call and request any work yet my name was listed as the caller. once was supposedly a clogged toilet which was not clogged when I left for work so if it had been clogged it was their maintenance crew using my facilities. The most recent was to fix a broken garbage disposal that was not broken, However they busted the sheet rock under the sink and now I have seen mice running in and out of the hole that was left. I look forward to the day I can move.
