Apartments are nice and clean. Maintenance responds within 24hrs. Monthly community activities and food trucks. Nice gym and lobby. Love living here!

This facility is a nice place to live. It is unpleasant to deal with the current manager, I told her a couple of months ago about the incorrect telephone # on the Cortland Website & it has yet to change to the correct #

Its only our 3rd month in Cortland Las Colinas and so far everything is great. Maintenance is quick to resolve service requests. Management follows up if any sort of complaints are voiced. The common areas are well maintained and clean. One package have gotten stolen though from our front door while we were not home for hours. There's plenty of parking spaces available. Love our valet trash also.
