A more casual hangout spot is the second living area on the upper floor that comes equipped with cushy furniture and a foosball table. The kitchen has lots of counter space, beautiful tiles, and stainless-steel appliances. It comes fully equipped with everything you might need whether you’re preparing your own fresh meals or just enjoying some delicious local takeout. You’ll have 5 spacious bedrooms available, all furnished with cozy high-end furniture, lavish linens, and beautiful décor. You’ll also have 4.5 bathrooms so no one will have to fight over bathroom time. The backyard has a covered patio area and an outdoor dining area if you want to enjoy your meals while enjoying the weather.

The Galleria shopping mall is 18 minutes away. And downtown Houston offers many exciting attractions, including Houston Downtown Aquarium and Houston Grand Opera. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Vehicles shall be parked on the driveway only. The city does not permit vehicles parked on the street and this has been actively enforced. Any vehicles on the street will get a ticket. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
