Beautiful New Property!

I am genuinely so excited about Ascend at the Parkway. You can feel the energy the moment you walk the property. It is brand new construction, so everything is fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The finishes are beautiful without feeling over the top, and the layouts actually make sense for real life.

The community spaces are going to be such a vibe. Whether you are working from home, hanging by the pool, or hosting friends in the clubroom, it feels elevated but still comfortable. It is...
the kind of place you are proud to bring people over to.

And the location in Katy is perfect. Close to everything you need, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful at the end of the day.

If you are looking for something new, clean, and genuinely exciting, Ascend at the Parkway is absolutely worth checking out. I cannot wait to see this community come to life.
