I toured 6 apartments in one day and Bellrock MS was my last stop. Alyssa was personable and very informative. She has continued to be friendly and quick to respond through out this whole process. I have moved a lot and it’s comforting knowing you can rely on the office staff to be helpful and courteous.

My experience living here has been very bad from the first day. I have only lived here for two months, but it has already been a nightmare. The apartment was infested with cockroaches when we moved in with children, and this issue has not been resolved. Pest control was sent several times, but there is no result.
Management does not respond to emails, and maintenance requests are closed without any work being done. It took a month to fix the washing machine. The pool is dirty and not safe to... use.
Overall, there is a lack of proper service, care, and responsibility toward residents. The management seems focused only on bringing in new tenants, while current residents are left to deal with problems on their own. Very very bed ! Not recommended!!!!! These apartments are not worth the money.

I would recommend this community. Very quiet but close to everything! Nice apartments and everyone in the leasing office is nice and accommodating.

I moved in at the end of December 2025 and I am so happy with my apartment! Raul, the manager, helped me find an apartment that feels like home that's quiet and comfortable. Bedroom size is big with and an even bigger closet. Plan to stay living here for sometime.

New manager is very rude with the residents. I came to the office to speak with her and she careless about residents issues. Same day I gave my notice to vacate. Not renewing my lease. Do not recommend this apartments.
