Noisy neighbors and unhelpful management

If there's a problem, tell the manager and it doesn't change at all.

Upstairs is very noisy every day, morning, day and evening, and once or twice a week in the early morning for hours screaming, fighting, crying and dogs barking for hours.

I told the manager.
But the morning noise is the same

Even if something broke and I talked to the office, they came to fix it in 5 days.

If the neighborhood is too noisy, the kids run around and litter outside, someone throws cans or drinks.

My former… manager was friendly and always helpful, but now I'm really upset about why there are so many problems.

Extremely poor management. They don’t actually READ applications. Almost entire staff is less than smart.

Broken into my apartment

stay away from this place. They broken into my house and stole all my stuff at 4th floor. Always amazon packages received open and so on. I hate usually give review especially bad one, but trust me, you can rent with same money good places.

They are the best

Haven at Highland knolls is a beautiful community. I love living here because the community is small and private AND the staff is friendly. Valeria has been outstanding from the leasing tour to this date when addressing small issues. I noticed some reviews and I understand why the parking space is limited for residents only, but they do allow to have visitors inside the property’s parking lot during business hours- otherwise we must have them parking in the front. You can’t have it all but hey!… I feel like I live in a safe community for sure and I like having a park across the street for a little getaway.

Lovely neighborhood

I love the neighborhood and the apartments. The staff has been really good with my transition to new apartment. Valerie the leasing agent made sure every problem was addressed before the move. Nice ambience and fabulous staff !!
