    Poor Management

    We should have seen the red flags when we first signed our lease, but because this was a brand-new property, we gave management the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were simply trying to get things up and running. After being here a little over a month, unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case.

    The biggest problem is the lack of communication and follow-through. We have brought concerns to multiple staff members and are repeatedly told someone will get back to us, only to hear    … nothing.

    Our biggest ongoing issue has been the excessive noise from the apartment above us. Since week one, there has been constant running and jumping that is so heavy we can actually feel the impact through our ceiling and hear our glassware clinking. It has disrupted my sleep due to my work schedule and has repeatedly interrupted my child’s homeschooling.

    We initially requested a transfer to an upstairs unit during our first week and were willing to pay the transfer fee. After speaking with several staff members and following up multiple times, we were eventually told we would be kept updated if a unit became available. It has now been almost three weeks without even a courtesy update. We were also told the upstairs residents and courtesy officer had addressed the noise, but nothing has changed.

    There have also been concerns with how the 8 weeks free concession was communicated. We were not clearly informed that we would have to pay the prorated rent AND the first full month before receiving the concession, nor were we told it could not be spread throughout the lease. Yet we continue to see social media advertising the 8 weeks free in a way that seems much more flexible.

    The property upkeep has also been disappointing, including filthy pool grills. Maintenance has not been much better, with requests seemingly being checked off without clear evidence that the actual issue was addressed.

    We understand that a new property may have growing pains, but poor communication and lack of follow-through should never be one of them. After more than 10 years of renting, this has been one of our most frustrating experiences.

    We would not recommend living here and are already counting down the days until our lease is over.

    We're sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. We have addressed the reported noise concerns with the appropriate parties and discussed transfer options with you. At the time, a comparable or larger two-bedroom home was not… available, but we offered an available floor plan and committed to notifying you when another option becomes available. Regarding the 8-week concession, the terms were provided at move-in and outlined in the signed Rent Concession Addendum. The concession was applied as agreed in August. We appreciate your feedback and remain available to address any outstanding concerns directly. We look forward to improving your experience moving forward.
