We stayed here for almost 4 years. This property is excellent..Miss living here!!
It has a good playing area for kids.

DON’T LEASE HERE
DO NOT RENT HERE!! By far the worst leasing office ever! They constantly lie to you & say they’re going to do something & never do it. They take your money or charge you for stuff that you shouldn’t even be paying for. Also, their “property manager” lies to you & constantly lies over and over again just to get you off the phone.

Great Period
This is a great community and the new management is great. Sandra goes the extra mile to help you not like the previous manager. Maintenance is good, the office staff is good at keeping your packages and send you notice.

Awful place to live
I don't normally leave reviews but for this place I am going to make an exception. 1) I put in a work order for a broken refrigerator and 5 days later still nothing. 2) There is ALWAYS garbage piled up around the dumpster. 3) The hallways are always dirty. Sound like somewhere you want to live yet? But wait there is more. There is constantly people driving fast with total disregard for anyone around them. More or less I guess you get what you pay for because I went into the office and the 3... other people there got waited on but I did not and they where to busy showing an apartment to even ask what I needed before they left so I was going to have to wait until they get back before even asking me what I needed. For a fairy new apartment you quickly realize how low grade everything is once the new is gone. My advice find some place else to live, this place is a trashcan in more ways than one.
