Great Location
We lived in Rio Verde for just under 2 years while our home was being built. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with washer and dryer included and perfect for me and my husband. The units have an entrance the the Kerrville River Trail that was a plus. It is no more than 5-10 minutes to anywhere you need to get to such as grocery, Post Office, restaurants, medical ... just about anything you need. It was the perfect place for us. The staff was great. They were prompt in addressing any an... all issues. We were only 10 minutes from our build so it was easy to get to if there were questions. Highly recommend.
