Poor response from management
Do not rent here,
I have been here for 7 years and I liked the area, a little bit outside of 1604, nice and quiet. I have been very patient with the office when it comes to getting things done. I had a refrigerator go out and had requested for maintenance to look at it. It was serviced and I was told it was working, which it was for a little while, but after about a week I started noticing it would quit working over night, the food would be cool but not cold and spoil faster and I would have... to hit the inside of the unit to get it running again. So I told maintenance and the office it still was not working properly and they told me they would look at it or swap it with another one. I went to work out of town for work and the fridge was never swapped and my food went bad. Finally it was replaced and I asked for some form of compensation for the lost food. I had to repeatedly go into the office to ask the status of the reimbursement because they never contacted me. I waited 3 months to finally get two $25 gift cards. Recently they told everyone that they would be towing vehicles that did not belong on property or have up to date tags. They gave us a day after they put a sticker on our vehicles to have them moved before they were towed. I went into the office and asked to be contacted regarding the situation to have time to get the sticker for my vehicle but was never contacted. I have left messages in the office when the managers are out of the office to be called back multiple times but have never been contacted and I have verified that they have the right number. I feel that the response time from the management team is not adequate on matters that do not fit their own agendas.

Hi We understand your frustration and are very sorry you are displeased with our community. Our maintenance team works very hard to get work orders completed as quickly as possible. And we did try to compensate you for food lost in your refrigerator.... Also, we do tow any vehicle with expired tags or that is broken down / not moved within a reasonable time. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but multiple warnings and emails were sent well in advance. We want our residents to be happy and feel at home here while we work very hard to maintain a clean and safe community.
