I was helping a family member look for an apt and the community manager was EXTREMELY helpful, even gave us good info about places to eat!

Not a good place to live! I hate it here so much!!! I moved from AZ and did all the application online. Never actually saw the apartment till the day we moved in. First day there we noticed so many issues. There were ants all in the carpet in the guest bedroom, the dishwasher was yucky, the paint was already pealing from the cabinets and doors, the drains for the tubs where not fit, there was water mold under the kitchen sink, the bathroom doors still don't shut unless you hold them, and so much... more. As many work orders that we have put in, only a few have been actually handled. The rest were marked as completed but never fixed. The water has been shut off multiple times, and the management there is bad and soean. Tiffany has a horrible attitude. I also have pictures to prove some of the issues. I just have so many issues and problems with the whole complex it's just to much to even write out. Can I do a video review?

I've been trying to get out of my lease as well due to husband reenlisting into active duty from reserves. He has temporary orders for training for more than 90 days but somehow that doesn't work. Read More

Hello, I am new to the Killeen, Texas area. I moved on 1 May 18, and I was very surprised to see the apartment. I had apply for this apartment in February 18, because moving from Indianapolis, Indiana. I was kind of nervous due to the street name rep. But to my amazement, I was very pleased to moved in. I have been talking Cydnee throughout my transition for this apartment. To my surprised, the picture represent the site perfectly. I love this apartment. I have the Emily apartment. My bedroom is... huge. I have a queen size bed, dresser, chest night stand and my 65" mounted to the wall. I also have a recliner and I still have room for more. But that will be too much. Not trying make it like a Hotel room. Walk in closet, enough for me because I have alot of clothes. My dinning room beside me having a dinner Table with 4 chair. I got rid of one since, it's just me and my kids when they come for the Summer. 11:30 pm and its very quiet in the apartment complex. But I am on the street side. Gated community, Laundry Facility on the compound. Playground which my kids will love. Basketball Court, Swimming pool which is only 5 1/2 deep. Which I love because I'm not a great swimmer, LOL. First week , they celebrated Cinco-De-Mayo Fiesta. Great time. I will enjoy this apartment and the calmness it bring. Minutes away from Fort Hood. If you move here. Don't go by the negative comments. I lived there for a year. And I couldn’t wait to leave. The property manager is very unprofessional. so not military friendly. I don’t recommend. While I lived there my car was broken into and for move out it took them 2 months to send me my deposit back. Claiming it was lost in the mail gave me the run around. As well as try to charge me for additional things I took care of previously.

I have lived in these apartments since August 2016. I can't believe it's almost a year since I've moved back to Killeen. Erin is a real sweetheart and has a great welcoming personality. They made my move so much easier and the apartment was very nice and clean. It's spacious enough for myself and my toddler. The grounds are always well kept too. Maintenance has a quick response time. I love the new additional parking that has recently been added. And for extra measure they have a security... officer walking the grounds at night. Read More
