Georgetown Park

I’ve lived here for two years which is more than anyone should tolerate here. It’s infested with roaches and I’m not talking just my apartment but the whole complex. We have black mold in every vent and not once did they ever come change an air filter. I have rashes on my skin from the mold and a lot of my clothes and books are ruined. The plumbing is shot the toilet, kitchen sink and garbage disposal don’t work and I’ve put maintenance requests on but no one’s come for months. Lived here for the past 4 months. Apts. are small but comfortable and place is quiet.

BUUUT, EVERYDAY have encounters with roaches day and night, even after pest control coming in.

Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Contract states no more than 2 vehicles per apt., but there are + than 2 for some apts. and they ALL park their cars, leaving no space for others. And there has been a junked car parked for + than a month taking up a space. Someone should be looking into this.

I have lived in three different units over the years since 1997 and it's staff has always been friendly, efficient and helpful no matter the issue. I always recommend the place to friends and family when they need an apartment in Georgetown.

The Georgetown park community is awesome! The staff is so friendly and always ready to help. This community is conveniently located and has great amenities including laundry and pool to entertain guest!

This apartment and management is the worse I’m ever seen. She is so nice when she rents to you and then the lying and hassles begin.
