It’s honestly getting worse. I get that majority of the repairs aren’t “emergencies” but when they cause bugs and things to appear, it’s a problem. The bathroom door isn’t fixed and it’s relatively important because we need a new bathroom door because the wood is so flimsy it chipped and split at the bottom corners of the door. Also, I would recommend this apartment if the office management were more professional. I’ve been told countless times that an attitude was given because someone would… come down and ask a simple question about a simple maintenance request. Whether it’s true or not there’s still a level of professional when it comes to this kind of stuff. Simple changes can make this place so much better. Also also, Liliana is great. She’s pretty much the only one.

It's really been great so far. I think it's really great how the cable and the internet are included in your rent respect from the leasing agents have really been awesome access to the gym trash pickup I love neighbors have really been great

It’s Decent. Small closet, but aside from that it isn’t bad. I stay alone so the size is good for me. I just have a lot of things and no where to put them lol.

Ladies in the office are always helpful also have some great neighbors . The laundry room and pool area is kept clean. Many activities such as park and basketball court for kids.
