As is

First and foremost: If you have a family, do not live in these apartments. I went through it because I lived by myself with a pet but even that, I wouldn't recommend. There is constantly problems with plumbing, bed bugs, and I once had my door kicked in and that didn't even get fully fixed. Unsafe. The office manager is hard to get a hold of most times and don't get me wrong, she works with you moneywise and is very nice but the problem is maintenance. In 6 months of living there, I signed the... lease on the 1st but couldn't move in until later on in the week, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and when they were done fixing it, they left a mess I had to clesn up, I didn't even have an a/c moving in then later on, it started leaking and messed up my carpet, my fridge did not work and it took them a month and half to give me a new one and one of the maintenance men told me to my face that they cleaned it at home with a waterhose. I understand the apartment was as is but come on. Atleast make it liveable and have some type of respect. How would you feel if someone disrespected you everytime you had a problem with your home to the point you didn't want to say anything because it was too much of a hassle? After the first 6 months, I was already planning to move somewhere else. I had enough. So again, if you have a family, do not move there but if you are rarely going to be home and need a place to stay, then go ahead but be prepared.
