So recently we had our management changed and everything has gone down hill in less than 2 weeks. No lights, trash not being picked up, pool was closed for a week, and maintenance haven’t been doing their jobs not even taking the order residents have been placing because lastnight one of the unit AC caught smoke. So please be careful and stay safe. Don’t come here until they change management.We are paying too much money for shitty service. I toured the property on 9/1/21 and fell in love. The self guided tour was fun and easy. The property is beautiful and well kept. Jianell answered EVERY question I had and she follows up in a timely manner. I've only encountered one employee but so far so good. I applied today (9/2/2021) and was approved. The application process was fully explained and easy. I like there is easy access to grocery stores, food options and Hwy 59. I would 10/10 recommend Virtual Living. I cant wait to move in.

I requested a tour online for Apartment B2. Jianell followed up with me because that floor plan wasn't available for tour until a few days after my scheduled date but B3 was. I was fine with viewing a similar plan. Jianell was AMAZING!! I felt comfortable with her because she was very personable yet really professional at the same time. She gave me all the details of the amenities during the tour as well as their goal to build a community with the residents.
