The apartments are excellent they are very nice not only the apartments but the management and the people you deal with They are so kindly so respectful I’m looking forward to see what the future brings with these guys if everything goes well I think I may found me and my family a new place to stay

Me & my kids love our apartment. Ms. Fernandez was so sweet and patient with me during this process. Spacious floor planes and bathrooms. It's really quite in this community as well. I rate these at a 5 STAR! You wouldnt be disappointed!

Goes back 20 years to determine how you are today. Yes I had a misdemeanor 20 yrs ago and denied me even as a VETERAN. with services dog with income from VA award.

The apartments are within walking distance to collage, my job, the Pasadena Convention Center and a small plaza. The fire works can be seen from the apartment complex.
The upstairs apartment has a down stairs private locking door into a private staircase and connecting to a private garage.
The upstairs has high ceilings so the rooms do not give you a closed in feeling. the bedroom is large with a walk-in closet. The balcony is a good size with the enclosed water heater outside. The... living room and dining area are a good size and there is a little enclosed area with a desk for your computer near the stairwell.
The rooms are light and airy. The apartment comes with a frig. a stove with an oven and a microwave. The apartment is all electric.
The bathroom has a washer and dryer area with shelves, The sink is well lit an nice long counter top and a regular sized bath-shower combination.
There is a central pool, office, exercise room, laundry room. There is computer area in the office. In the summer the manager has a events schedule arranged for any children in the apartments. There are also various events scheduled for the complex.
The only down side that I see is the air conditioners are on the ground. And my rent is going up between twenty and thirty dollars, in a couple months. Read More
