Been living here for a little over 1.5 years and we absolutely love it! The only down fall we have is that during the summer time they close the main pool A LOT and sometimes for days which sucks because we enjoy soaking up the sun during the Texas summers. But other than that it’s a lovely environment to live in!

Overall I love living here and will continue to live here indefinitely. I do however think there could be some changes.
The landscaping in some areas of the complex look great, however there are multiple areas in Phase One that desperately need help.
I love that we have social events! Could they possibly focus more on the different age groups that live here? (Young adults, middle age, over 55)
I know this has been asked in the past, but is it possible to get some kind of water feature at... the dog parts in Phase One?

This place seems really nice and the office employees seem so helpful when you first move in but they could not careless about our quality of life here. There was literally a shooting a couple months ago and they did not up security. After that, there was a rave at the beach pool where a bunch of underage kids were exposed to drugs and alcohol. They STILL have done nothing about it.

Realizing that the property is now over 10 years old, it is starting to look much older. It's not as nice as it was when I first moved in. Way too many plants and bushes are all dying due to broken sprinklers. And even though our amenity fees are going up, the amenities are not maintained.
