leasing
I have lived here since 2022 and so far no major issues after reading the prior reviews majority is incorrect, but one does stand out, which is the lack of communication, and it takes a very long time to reach someone in the office but far as the apartment I literally have no complaints I haven’t witnessed any drug or gang activity or violence. It’s really quiet and peaceful.

You DON’T want to live here!
Please know that the majority of the positive reviews below were written by Tuscany employees. This property is TERRIBLE! There is frequent staff turnover, and in my four years here there have been 5 managers. They’re doing renovations to make it look nice, but the property is still poorly managed, there is a constant police presence because of drug and gang crime (there have been multiple shootings here), there’s trash everywhere, including breezeways, and there is dog poop on every available... patch of grass. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
