Vista Springs

Lived there for 3 years. The management changed a few times within those years of me living there. First management was nice & understanding. Moved out deposit was not given back ( wasn’t expecting it). The manager was rude short dismissive & had an attitude when questioned about why I received a bill after moving out. When the apartment was left in good condition (aside from the carpet because of having a pet) Was the apartment not supposed to look lived in! I lived there 3 years of course... there would be some wear & tear! It is very unreasonable & unrealistic to act as if the place will be perfect. So keep in mind if you move in here you will probably get a bill after moving out. They want the place to look unlived in. Complained about dust, some ashes in fire place, a oven door etc.. I thouorulghy cleaned the place before moving out just to get a bill a waste of time & products to act as if I left the place dirty. Always kept it clean. Due to negliance of owners, Univesco, this complex is a MUD Pit. Several buildings are in need of major foundation repairs that Univesco has not tended to in years. We have mud everywhere every time it rains for the sprinklers come on. They send renewal notices every 6 months and raise rent by $100.00 each time. RUN... don't walk - RUN from here.

This was my fiancé and I’s first experience in an apartment. From the beginning everyone here was amazing! The managers were spectacular and the employees were so helpful for everything. The maintenance people were the best part of our experience. They were always so friendly helping everyone, saying hello, you really knew them more than just a worker. We left to get a house but are so grateful for the people here who made our experience a 10/10

The complex is actually surprised me. I didn't think it'd be as quite as it is in this area. Minus Corporate's traffic it's really peaceful. The staff is all amazing. Worked with Marisela and Roxanne the whole 2 years that I've been here. They keep it running smoothly and are always so friendly. Maintenance is also amazing. Always so nice and communicative. 5 stars all the way.

I have been a resident at vista springs for 8 years. So far, it has been a great experience. The floor plan/size is decent. The staff are always nice and willing to resolve any issues I have in timely manner. The property is clean and quiet which is great.
