I have really enjoyed living here. Mostly quiet. And like being next to the park and trails. Everyone has been nice and friendly. I enjoy having the food trucks and brunch on the weekends.

4 years living at Orion and we still firmly believe it is the best property in all of Little Elm ( Amd Frisco for that matter). The staff and services have been excellent. We are looking forward to staying another year.

When calling the office, you never get a live person during business hours. I have left messages and no response. I have emailed the manager and no response. I visit the office and ask the manager about my email and she doesn't recall. She sends me over to another person. Why even have staff if they don't call back or answer the phone.

I recently moved into this community, and I’m already very impressed with what it has to offer. The area is incredibly peaceful and calm, which makes coming home feel like a retreat from the busy outside world.

One of the highlights is the excellent amenities — there's a clean and well-maintained swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a community center that brings neighbors together through various activities and events.

Parking has been easy and convenient, which is a huge plus. Even... though I’m new here, I already feel a strong sense of comfort and security.

So far, it’s been a great experience, and I’m glad I chose this place to call home.
