Vivir aquí ha sido una experiencia mucho más tranquila gracias al trabajo del señor William en mantenimiento. Siempre está pendiente de que todo funcione correctamente, responde rápido cuando surge algún problema y lo resuelve con profesionalismo. Además, es muy atento y respetuoso con los residentes, lo que da confianza y seguridad. Se nota que se preocupa de verdad por mantener la propiedad en buen estado, limpia y en orden. La verdad, da gusto tener a alguien así en el equipo de la comunidad

Como residente de Orion McCord Park quiero reconocer el excelente trabajo que realiza Dagnier el Porter. Su dedicación se nota cada día: mantiene las áreas comunes limpias, ordenadas y en perfecto estado, lo que hace que nuestro entorno sea mucho más agradable. Además de su responsabilidad, siempre muestra una actitud profesional, amable y respetuosa con todos los residentes.

Se agradece mucho contar con alguien tan comprometido y atento, que no solo cumple con sus tareas, sino que también... aporta al buen ambiente de la propiedad. Sin duda, el esfuerzo de Dagnier marca una diferencia positiva en nuestra experiencia como residentes

This place is Great

This place is amazing its around everything and the environment is so nice theres a park right next to it and Mr. Delgado is just the best he is so nice and can do everything this place is amazing to live in.

Verified Renter

Orion and the staff have been amazing in my first month here. The only things that could improve are my apartment was not completely clean when I moved in, so I’m not sure if the previous tenant or the apartment check-out process is to blame, and the buildings are rather squished, with no sidewalks to walk to and from the mail room to your apartment, etc.

Not a bad place to live quiet and always have something for the residents one thing I’m not in favor of is the upgrades that they add but don’t really need
