Not As Advertised

So to start it says a/c there is no central a/c or heat. The pictures are misleading at best. There is no pool or dishwashers. The prices listed on here are probably a year to 2 years old. They fix absolutely nothing. There is no pest control at all. The entire complex has a rat, roach, flea, and bedbug infestation in all apartments not just a few. It took almost an entire year to get a window unit for the a/c when I complained they stated they are working on it. We have been through 30+… managers in a year and a half. They have CODE enforcement and the city breathing down their neck to fix things with nothing being done. The only good thing about the entire complex are the neighbors are friendly and we help each other out mostly. If I could give 0 stars I would rate it at a -10 or worse.
