Almost good

After a fiasco involving the internet services I had to dock 2 stars because this has been draining on my time, money, and mental health. Overall I hate the internet service provider and genuinely the fact that I am strong armed into using them is an annoyance in itself especially when one gets double billed and both the staff and the provider are giving you the he said she said treatment and it's a constant back and forth to a point where after hearing it for almost longer than 3 months it gets… old real quick.

So far so good

In my opinion, I'd say the rent is pretty reasonable for what one gets, although I'm just a renter for a one bedroom so there's less upkeep and maintenance but, honestly this place is definitely better than some other places I've rented from in the past. I also appreciated that management was willing to work with me on an earlier time in the day for move in. The complaints I've got so far are pretty minor in terms of what they are since all it took was just a bit of elbow grease to reverse it I… .e. previous floor stains or sticky substances on the floor, but that's about it really, I'd say I'm satisfied with what I'm paying for, it's fair and the team treats you square!

Great maintenance experience. Had a couple of minor issues at move in. Maintenance showed up and fixed them. He was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had the issues resolved in a timely manor. .

Very quiet apartment complex. Maintenance sometimes takes a while to respond. I do not under why porch light above front door is my responsibility to change bulb but a kind neighbor finally brought his ladder and changed it for me
