Loose faucet I just moved here, I turned in my inspection sheet. Within that day, I received a message that a work order was submitted for an issue with my faucet. Then later in the same day, maintenance came by and fixed the issue. I thought this this was a quick and prompt response to fix an issue I had. It showed professionalism and care about the tenants. It eased my mind about moving here.

Maintenance is amazing! I’ve been living at these apartments for almost two years. The very few times I’ve had to put in a maintenance request, it’s always been fixed quickly! It also gives me a peace of mind knowing that I am communicated with from start to finish! I get a confirmation email and a text when it has been completed! Thank you for all you do! I appreciate y’all!

Great Groundskeeping! The grounds always look so good. Maintenance is a little slow but I know they are very busy.
