Affordable and Comfortable
First of all, the apartment is not the nicest apartment in the neighborhood, its more like a budget apartment. The unit itself is decent enough for a graduate student like me, its relativity quite.
You can expect one or two roaches every now and then, but i can't say that its infested, i've seen nicer and more expensive apartment has more severe bug problem
The landlord is nice and eaay to talk to, maintainance request were reaponded quickly, and the nicest thing of all is that my rent never... increase fir the last four year.
I highly recommend this apartment for those who looking for a nice, comfortable and cheap place to stay.
