I absolutely adore the staff and my new apartment. I have enjoyed my past 8 months here and plan on staying a lot longer. RECOMMEND

this is genuinely the worst place I have ever lived. they moved in the most violent, loud drug addicts next to me months ago & it has been non stop, constant drama fighting and stress. the new management is rude, dismissive and incompetent. they have refused to do anything about it and have been nothing but rude and unhelpful to me through this whole ordeal. yet they ALWAYS have time to look for new charges to make up every month, including fees for “grass outside and blinds not showing” that go… up to $100 each. Have been here for a little over a year and a half, they have had recent management changes from when we first moved in and earlier this year went from not having any issues to now acquiring issues with the manager. They only care about taking your money and do not care about the residents what so ever. They are both rude over the phone and in person. Maintenance is poor and units are overpriced for what they are. They recently have not allowed anyone in the bathrooms that are for the pool and… fitness center use which when you take the tour with them they state that it is open 24 hours for residents to use and they are not when this is part of an amenity that residents pay within their rent, which makes it very inconvenient. I wish I had never moved here!!! I have never lived in a rental where I get charged for every thing that maintenance comes to fix. I’ve been charged for light bulbs, light fixture covers, getting locked out of my apartment. Also, I’m being charged 100% for the AC replacement. The whole point of renting is that those things are usually covered but here it is like being a homeowner…..Be careful how they apply late fees too.
