    Horrible apartments

    I lived here for a year. The model they show of course is super nice. Once you get your apartment day of move in it’s awful! My cabinets were like sticky vinyl and we’re already messed up even though it had just been “remodeled”. Holes were patched up every where and it was even clean! Huge roach problem that wouldn’t go away. Bed bugs came in from apartment next door but I had to pay for the fix. When it rained water would leak through the windows and from the living room ceiling. Paid a pet… deposit yet was charged out of my regular deposit for “odor” removal when we moved out. My ac constantly froze up and would be running for hours when I wasn’t home. High electric bill because their windows and doors are not sealed correctly. Had no internet for over 4 months until we finally had to get on them to replace everything - which they refuse to replace anything, ever!!!

    Over all a horrible experience and so glad we finally were able to move!
