San Remy

I lived here for a year. The model they show of course is super nice. Once you get your apartment day of move in it’s awful! My cabinets were like sticky vinyl and we’re already messed up even though it had just been “remodeled”. Holes were patched up every where and it was even clean! Huge roach problem that wouldn’t go away. Bed bugs came in from apartment next door but I had to pay for the fix. When it rained water would leak through the windows and from the living room ceiling. Paid a pet... deposit yet was charged out of my regular deposit for “odor” removal when we moved out. My ac constantly froze up and would be running for hours when I wasn’t home. High electric bill because their windows and doors are not sealed correctly. Had no internet for over 4 months until we finally had to get on them to replace everything - which they refuse to replace anything, ever!!!

Over all a horrible experience and so glad we finally were able to move! Lee mas

Very roomy and nice for a good price. Staff are always helpful. Love that they provide laundry, pool, and fitness areas. Only thing is there is not a lot of parking so people park where they are not supposed too and some people don't leash their dogs.

Well, I’ve lived here almost 20 years, and this is my 3rd apartment, so I guess you could say I like it here ?? Peter is the best owner we have had to date, ( I’ve been through a few) and our office manager Tabitha is truely a gem. We have a very nice maintenance man too. Lots of amenities, and a great location too!??

First and foremost the management and maintenance are very professional and friendly. The apartment itself is very cozy, it's very nice to have a pool in your front yard. Silvia and I love the way these apartments are located next to Target, the car wash, theaters, grocery stores, and a lot of eating establishments.

Comes with all the basic needs. Clean, feel cozy, professional management and maintenance, friendly.
Pool party "excellent idea "get us out of apt to socialize to meet one another. Oh yes, all the updating through the complex has made me feel even more inviting to live here and WELCOME! l declare lovely, homey, peaceful and Safe
