I moved in almost two weeks ago and still do not have the ability to have internet, despite it being advertised. This is on top of numerous empty promises from staff of "just a few more days". On multiple occasions I have been asked by staff to call the ISP and schedule a hookup, only to find out my address doesn't exist in their system, despite other residents in the community having internet. They are trying to pawn their work off on residents.
I work from home so this has completely thrown... my life off and staff have turned a blind eye to my issue.
The tenet lounge has wifi but when you're stuck in there for a full work day the chairs provided are also torture on your back. Also ATT gets horrible service so good luck hotspotting!
