Decent Apartment - Terrible Management
The management staff has unfortunately been very unprofessional in my experience. Anytime I’ve submitted or followed up on a work order, I’ve been met with attitude or defensiveness when simply requesting basic communication and updates. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, responses often shift toward explanations about what staff deals with day-to-day, which feels dismissive and unhelpful as a resident.
For a property that markets itself as “luxury” and comes at a high price point, I... expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service from management.
On a positive note, the maintenance team has always been kind, professional, and helpful, and the community itself is generally well-maintained. Unfortunately, dealing with management over even simple work orders has consistently been frustrating and stressful.
