When we arrived at the leasing office, we were immediately welcomed with a radiant smile from Molly. She acknowledged my husband and me right away and kindly offered us a seat while she finished assisting another client. Even though she was helping someone else (who actually ended up signing a lease through her!), Molly still made us feel seen and valued from the moment we walked in.

Once she had our full attention, she remained attentive and professional, even while managing the front desk as... other clients came and went. Molly was extremely informative and walked us through the application process step by step. She took the time to ask about our likes and interests in our potential future home, which made the experience feel personal and thoughtful.

I will start by saying I haven't experienced what the others have posted , thus far, other then the trash situation. A clear notice telling residents that there are compactors (with directions) will eliminate the confusion, "trash build up" in the recycling bin. With a new build you'll have your expected critters and insects, it's a given.The sooner folks realize that the better the reviews. My main concern with this community is the communication. They have have gone through 3 managers in the... year and half of my stay here. With a few complaints not acknowledged. Very discouraging but understandable, It's a tough community. So far, I will say its quiet for the most part and very convenient with access to the major highways. I would highly recommend no one to live here. Where do I begin. It is a hassle to live here. One set of dumpsters on-site with no valet trash pick up. Good luck on your trash not building up especially if you’re on the third floor with no elevators. AC filters were changed once. Then never again. The angles of the parking lot is dangerous and steep. At night it’s dark with little to no lighting. The pool size for the complex doesn’t make sense. The whole place smells like smoke and weed, which... made my apartment reek of the smell and I don’t even smoke! Leasing office staff is very unprofessional, unwelcoming, & unhelpful. If I could give 0, zero, zilch stars I would.

This is for people looking to live at Wildhorse Flats Apartments. Most reviews are for the neighborhood. My experience initially wasn’t bad other than my move in date being pushed back I had to pay for storage until I could move in but okay that was fine the real issues started when I moved in. Once I moved in I noticed mice droppings I brushed it off thinking maybe it’s just mud that got tracked in during my move but nope two days later I see a rat run across my living room floor. These... apartments are new construction so I’m thinking okay maybe one got in and got stuck giving this community the benefit of the doubt. NO. They put traps down and caught three more rats on top of that I saw another live mouse in my apartment. I find rat dropping all throughout the unit. They expect me live in these conditions with my children and pose a health hazard to them. The told me this is “normal” for any apartment. I have not asked for any money back I just requested to be released from my lease but they’re giving me the run around.
