If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I’ve lived here 2 years and have had MANY problems. From people letting their dogs use the bathroom on the balcony which drips down onto the balconies below, there’s been shootings, car break ins, and reckless driving with someone driving into my apartment building! The trash compactor is always full, the garbage dumpsters are also always full, there’s trash littered across the property bc no one wants to walk the full distance to the dumpsters. The pool has… been open ONE TIME in the years I’ve lived here and it was only for a week. The gym is never open. The front office people change regularly so no problems ever get fixed and the ones around this month will harass you. You can put as many work orders in as you want and they will get marked as completed every time without anyone ever showing up. The only good thing here is the free vacuum that residents break regularly. Oh, and let’s not mention how crazy the mold is! I’ve never had mold grow in my microwave before?? I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent work of the staff at my condominium. They have consistently shown attentiveness, responsibility, and professionalism at all times.
In particular, I would like to thank José, Gloria, Molly, and Emely, who always stand out for their kindness, willingness to help, and quick response in resolving any situation. Their respectful and friendly attitude makes residents feel comfortable and well taken care of.

When we arrived at the leasing office, we were immediately welcomed with a radiant smile from Molly. She acknowledged my husband and me right away and kindly offered us a seat while she finished assisting another client. Even though she was helping someone else (who actually ended up signing a lease through her!), Molly still made us feel seen and valued from the moment we walked in.

Once she had our full attention, she remained attentive and professional, even while managing the front desk as… other clients came and went. Molly was extremely informative and walked us through the application process step by step. She took the time to ask about our likes and interests in our potential future home, which made the experience feel personal and thoughtful.

I will start by saying I haven't experienced what the others have posted , thus far, other then the trash situation. A clear notice telling residents that there are compactors (with directions) will eliminate the confusion, "trash build up" in the recycling bin. With a new build you'll have your expected critters and insects, it's a given.The sooner folks realize that the better the reviews. My main concern with this community is the communication. They have have gone through 3 managers in the… year and half of my stay here. With a few complaints not acknowledged. Very discouraging but understandable, It's a tough community. So far, I will say its quiet for the most part and very convenient with access to the major highways. I would love to see a manager connect and tap in to the real potential of this place to truly make a difference. Read More
