    It was amazing living here and the staff is just as awesome

    Awesome experience and stay when we needed it. We moved here because we were waiting for our house to be built. We went with a 14 month lease and break option as it saved almost $2000 and since the house was delayed, we were not stuck trying to find a new place to live. Nathan and Johanna in the front office are amazing; well, all of the staff has been amazing. Every question I have had, they have been able to help with and are very responsive - but email is the best for a quick response. We had… a 3 bedroom with an attached garage - it was perfect. The very few times we had an issue, maintenance was there within a day and got it fixed immediately. I've hard the stories about bad apartment management, and this is not, I repeat, not one of them. The move out process was just as easy - sent an email 60 days in advance, paid for the express cleaning service so I did not have to, and was out in plenty of time. Bets of all, there was no surprises on move out. Got the final water bill a few days later and all is good. 100% recommended as a place to rent/lease from.
