Avg rating. It would have been 5 stars, as the grounds and pools are kept up, and management is very responsive (5 Stars). Also, I read the other reviews, and things must have improved because management are very helpful when repairs are needed, and THERE IS NOT any dog waste on grounds. I walk around and I haven't ever seen any for a couple of months now.

Great location but terrible administration. They were disrespectful all the times I showed up at the office. Many people are leaving this condo because of this. I was charged 6 months for a parking spot that I didn’t even use. This is a pet friendly condo so expect to see dog waste everywhere!

First time in Texas moved here for my husbands job and honestly this has been the best decision we've made so far. Our kids absolutely LOVE the amenities. They have two gorgeous pools, a state of the art fitness center, kids playground, BBQ areas. They have community events like holiday parties, pool parties and movie nights. It is great for families! ALSO a plus are the staff, they really are friendly make you feel like family and it felt good since we didn't know anyone here. Pros:
Two swimming pools; a renovated gym (with not many equipments, heard of some new things will come in); with entrance gates; staff work on Saturday; newly painted walls on all buildings; roofed parking spots with fee; close to walmart, samsclub, costco, and many other shops; close to TruFit and GoldsGym.

Cons:
1) Not sure about other buildings but the three bedroom buildings had endless ant issue - do not put any snacks or food stock outside the fridge unsealed, or they will definitely… belong to the ants. Buying one more small fridge and spraying pest killer all over the cabinets are good idea - the hired pest control didn't seem to work;
2) Old designs in apartments (eg. small bedrooms, small closets, space wasting LARGE doors and many doors, very few and small storage cabinets in kitchen) and old fixtures (old style toilet requiring two flushings, small sinks easy to spill around, old faucets, small water pipes - if your washing machine is using warm water your shower water will be cold, so don't do these things at the same time);
3) Drive ways are narrow - please be careful.
