Yikes
I wanted to leave an honest review for anyone considering living here.
The property has significantly declined over time, especially considering the amount residents are expected to pay each month. One of the main advertised amenities is the gated access, yet the front gate is almost always broken and frequently left completely open, allowing anyone to walk onto the property. This has created ongoing concerns regarding safety, stolen packages, and theft around the complex.
The pool area, which... used to be one of the nicer parts of the property, has also deteriorated. It is often overcrowded with non-residents, and many of the amenities and common areas are not properly maintained. There are also recurring cleanliness issues throughout the property, including pet waste not being addressed consistently.
On top of the maintenance concerns, interactions with management and staff have often felt dismissive and unhelpful. Residents are expected to continue paying premium pricing while basic amenities and security features remain unreliable.
Another major concern is the move-out process and additional charges. Be extremely careful when reviewing your lease and notice requirements, because management may attempt to impose additional fees or make the process of leaving unnecessarily difficult and expensive.
Overall, the cost of living here no longer reflects the quality, maintenance, or security being provided.

Our gated access system has been operational for several months, and while occasional service interruptions can happen with any electronic system, we work closely with vendors to address issues promptly whenever they arise. Additionally, our pool area at Mirabella Apartments is generally quiet and lightly used, and we regularly monitor all common areas to help ensure they remain clean and enjoyable for our residents.
In regard to cleanliness concerns, pet waste is addressed daily by our porter staff along with frequent property walks completed by management and maintenance teams throughout the community.
We would also like to clarify that our move-out policies are consistent and fair for all leaseholders. Mirabella Apartments utilizes the standard Texas Apartment Association (TAA) approved Blue Moon lease agreement that is commonly used throughout Texas. In addition, all residents are provided with a move-out checklist and a list of potential charges that could apply after move-out if items are not properly addressed. These documents are intended to help residents prepare their apartment and avoid unnecessary charges.
We always encourage residents to communicate directly with our office regarding concerns so we can work toward resolutions in a professional and timely manner. We remain committed to providing a positive living experience for our community and appreciate all resident feedback.
