SPIDER INFESTATION AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Living here has meant an ongoing, unresolved brown recluse spider infestation since about two weeks after I moved in, documented in writing since June 2025. I’ve submitted repeated service requests and emails about broken window screens, door gaps, and weather stripping issues. Management has confirmed some of these in writing but has also repeatedly blamed my housekeeping instead of fixing the actual entry points. Pest control even stopped coming to the property for a stretch. Over a year later… , I’m still seeing spiders weekly and had to push hard just to get a specialist considered. If pest issues and follow through matter to you, keep that in mind before signing here.

SPIDER INFESTATION

The apartments LOOK really nice but unfortunately you will not notice the amount of spiders there are until you move in.
These apartments are infested with brown recluse and black widows. If you have a pet , good luck. Pest control is very inconsistent.
Management is unprofessional and rude. Maintenance is fast to half fix things.

We also want to clarify that this is now the third review regarding the same pest control concern… that appears to have been posted by the same individual using different accounts. While we understand your frustration and respect your right to share your experience, we also feel it is important that those reading these reviews understand that management has been actively addressing the concerns brought to our attention.
Each time pest control concerns have been reported to our office, we have worked to schedule service and follow the recommendations of our professional pest control company. We rely on their expertise to identify pest activity, determine possible contributing factors, and recommend the appropriate treatment. Pest concerns can require multiple treatments, inspections, and follow-up services rather than being resolved in a single visit.
We have continued communicating with you, scheduling pest control services, and are currently coordinating an additional inspection and treatment. We will continue working with our pest control company to address the concerns that have been reported.
We are also sorry to hear that you feel management has been unprofessional or rude. Our goal throughout this process has been to communicate with you, respond when concerns are brought to our attention, and work toward a resolution.

Great property, staff, new and luxury. Love the pool and the gym. The coffee bar is the cherry on top!
