My appointment wasn't in good shape when I got in.

Staff are welcoming, good services offer especially Alex. She is a sweet soul and easily to talk to and fluent in communication and she equally made sure our move-in was smooth.

But I wasn't pleased with what I saw, when I got into my appointment no basic cleaning was done to ensure the place to look pleasant to human eyes. Everywhere was unkept, it seem nothing was changed after the last person left. Dirty and old walls at the balcony,No lights fixtures in the bathrooms and living room, old… and crooked woods, and the toilet pot wasn't in a good shape too. I won't say anything about recommendation for now.
