The cockroach and insect problems in this community never seem to end. The swimming pool is always dirty. The fitness center not only has outdated equipment, but it is also constantly covered in dust, and the restroom is dirty and unpleasant. It feels like there is no cleaning staff at all.

The office and even trash collection services are frequently closed for various reasons. The pool and gym are currently closed as well due to health-related issues.

Maintenance requests and resident... concerns are handled very slowly and inefficiently.

The most frustrating part is that they find excuses to deduct money from your security deposit. I have lived in other apartment communities before and never experienced anything like this.

I lived in this apartment complex for 15 months, and compared to my previous apartment, I experienced many problems.

1. There is a serious cockroach and insect problem. Even with repeated pest control treatments, the issue was never fully resolved.
2. Maintenance and management are very poor. For almost every issue, you have to contact or visit the leasing office multiple times before anything gets done.
3. Most importantly, when you move out, they deduct money from your security deposit for... very minor and unreasonable reasons. I found this extremely unfair.
4. There is constant noise from the air-conditioning and cooling equipment located right outside the bedroom window and near the balcony. The noise is very disturbing and makes it difficult to enjoy or even use the balcony.
5. The garbage trucks empty the dumpsters very early in the morning, around 6:00 AM. Even though my unit was not very close to the trash collection area, the noise was still extremely disruptive.
6. The entrances to the pool and fitness center are poorly lit and feel unsafe during non-business hours.

I moved out as soon as I could. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.

Waited for 2 hrs just to talk to leasing people there are very bad and disrespectful

The location is absolutely wonderful BUT I have not been a fan ever since I walked out of the apartment to someone trying to open the door to my car. Thank goodness I always lock it! I'm not sure if this has been an issue for anyone else or not but it makes sense with the lack of security and lighting. I'd hate for anyone to lose belongings, or worse, their car!

Poor management that lacks organization and communication. Dim lighting at night that does not foster a safe environment. Gates and entry keypad are for eye wash as they have not worked in years. I agree with other reviews about "nickel and diming you". Also, they drag their feet on maintenance requests and do not update carpet, paint, or other cosmetics of your apartment if you have lived there for an extended period of time. If you come here you will be counting down the days to move out.
