Prescott Place I

This place it the worst. The air conditioner never works. It's infested with roaches and all kinds of bugs and insects. They charge extra for pest control, gas, and trash but pest control never comes and everything is electric. You literally get what you paid for.

the management staff is rude and horrible and low down would not recommend they are cheap for a reason old appliances water on boiler system takes hours for water to heat up when they repair the next couple days same thing again toilet constantly run no ceiling fans or light switches in bedroom you pay for what you get except they are not worth what they charge

I have lived here for three years and its been a place that i am comfortable with. Sometimes the maintenance guys take a little longer to complete a work order than I would like and I've had some loud neighbors, but over all its been a pleasant place to live. I have been looking for an apartment for the past month. I wanted something close enough to Downtown Dallas without being in Downtown Dallas. I was fortunate to find Prescott Place! It does have some mixed reviews, for that reason I decided to check it out for myself.

When I arrived to the leasing office I was greeted by a very boisterous hello, welcoming me to Prescott Place! I was startled and pleasantly surprised by the energy. I sat down with Mrs. Shelia and she was very thorough with… here questions, outlining rules and what they will and will not put up with in the community. I like this place, and I plan to go back today or Monday to talk to Mr. Shelia about renting the unit she showed me.
