Quite community, management communication is constant and kind, maintenance crew are really friendly.
From time to time they do some event in the leasing office, like “pancake day”, this king of things makes you feel at home.

Excellent place and community to live in!
This is truly an excellent place and community to live. The environment is peaceful, safe, and very welcoming. From the moment you arrive, you can feel a strong sense of respect and friendliness among neighbors. The management team is responsive and helpful, always willing to assist when needed. The common areas are clean and well maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

The location is convenient, with easy access... to schools, shopping centers, parks, and main roads. It is a great place for families, professionals, and students alike. The neighbors are loud but everything else is great. I wish we had a gym on the premises. Also the dog park could be updated some. The children’s park is nice though.
