Wonderful Staff & Amazing property

I’ve had such a great experience living at The Residence at Midland! The location is amazing! Close to everything I need, from shopping and restaurants to work. The team here is fantastic. Stacey, Whitnee, and Zack are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything. Work orders are taken care of within 48 hours, which makes living here stress-free. Highly recommend this community!

Smooth move in with helpful staff!

The management staff went above and beyond to address any questions, concerns and provided help with whatever I needed. The complex is peaceful and quiet unlike other apartment complexes with rowdy tenants. I would highly recommend anyone who’s interested in having a nice comfortable place to take this apartment complex into consideration!

Great customer servive

So I had a small issue in my bathroom. I called him that morning as I left for work and it was handled by the time I got home. I just wanted to thank the staff and the management there. Keep doing a wonderful job thank you.
