Courteous staff, very welcoming energy. Answered all my questions timely. The grounds are well maintained and clean of trash/debris. The apartment was clean and presentable, both on the day I viewed it and the day I moved in.

It’s been very welcoming and nice living in the apartment, the community is very quiet. The apartment la are very nice and you can tell they keep up with them for future tenants to move in.

We love the community and the vibes always good the laundry mat and pool and playground is always a good thing at our first apartment and the staff is beyond great and maintenance as well!

I've been here just a few months, and there have been several issues with my apartment. They go through maintenance people like crazy - nobody stays more than a few weeks it seems. And the squirrels get into the roofs and chew up the internet cables, so forget about having reliable internet out here. They have done nothing about it. I regret moving here but I can't afford to leave and move somewhere else.
