Great place

This is a nice place to live. Management has worked hard the past year to get the grounds and pool looking great Apartments are semi updated and rent is reasonable.

Quiet apartment in a great area of town

I've lived at these apartments a little over a year now. When I first arrived I knew they were in a great area of town but they appeared to be a little bit older complexes and I was unsure about them. Let me tell you,I have never had any issues living at these apartments. The staff are great! friendly and helpful. All the residents seem nice and friendly. The apartments have great lighting around the complex at night. You are also issued tags for your windows to keep the random cars and rift... raft out of the complex. The tow company also does a great job patrolling the parking lot. I've also noticed the complex has a Courtesy Officer who does a great job patrolling the area. I see him on multiple occasions checking the parking lots and walking through the apartments. I really enjoy living here, don't let this old complex fool you!

I like living here okay. I was moved here from another property after a major roof leak that required me to move out. I got a larger apartment for the same price. The office staff is super friendly. Pretty grounds, grass is always green. Parking pretty sparse though.
