The Oasis at Pavilion Park Apartments

My kitchen faucet broke over two weeks ago, and I have not been able to use my kitchen only for small things and have to rinse out the dishes in the bathroom sink. I have called the office and left a message no response. I have gone by the office on two different occasions only to be told the system is down, or they would check with maintenance. I have sent maintenance a message and asked what the status of the repair is, no response. I have emailed management, no response. The staff in... the office thinks it is cute and even funny to put people off. I have never seen such incompetency and laziness in my life. The staff is only here to receive a paycheck, and/or reduced rent for an apartment.

I have lived in many apartments across this country and have worked security for some and I know it does not take two weeks to get a part especially when you have Lowe's and Home Depot less than 5 miles away. I finally had to file a complaint with the corporate office, waiting to see if they will respond.

I did a lot of research before choosing this complex. So far I have no complaints. The move in process was quick and easy. The unit was clean and well kept. All maintenance request have been done and fixed the next day. The front office is responsive and will call you back if they miss your call. I was able to add a garage with ease. This is the place to live in Midland.

I have lived in these apartments for the past two years and have not had a single issue with them at all. The staff are very attentive, the maintenance team works to fix things very quickly, and the management team actually takes the time to learn your name and get to know you making the place seem very homey. The apartments are decently priced considering the area, amenities, and updated style within them as well. I truly appreciate that I found this place!

the oasis looks nice and fancy but was built incredibly cheap the shower looks like a prison shower the walls are literally thinner than paper put windows dont have a seal so they let in cold air in the winter like crazy and we pay for valet trash service yet on multiple occasions they was more than 3 trash bags at my step not because i put a lot of trash out but because it wasnt picked up for 3 days and theres no dumpster so i cant even throw it myself

My apartment is so beautiful! It is spacious, modern, and has great amenities. I love the open layout of my living room into the kitchen and the master bedroom that has it's own space away from the rest of the apartment. I would definitely recommend Oasis at Pavilion Park.
