I’ve been living here since August and this place is AWFUL. Your first thoughts are it’s super cute and very spacious rooms and closets. But you pay way too much for what you get. Literally nothing is included so you’re paying an extreme amount which no college student is able to do. This place also just feels dirty. That’s probably the outcome of all the roaches. The WORST place I have ever rented. The staff is rude and kicked me out of the office once because they wrongfully charged me $600 upon move out and I came in to question them about it. They claimed my apartment was covered in dog food even though I never had a dog. They then charged me $600 for this "dog food". Upon move in my microwave wouldn't even open because the cabinets were installed wrong, this problem then took 2 months to fix before i could even open my microwave enough to put a… coffee cup inside. This place is made from the crummiest materials even they they claim to be luxury. Every floor board squeaked, there was no water pressure and my window wasn't installed correct so every time it rained water got inside and the wind would make a loud whistle sound. Read More

They will take advantage of your college student's naivety and it will cost you money. Make sure to read the lease word for word before you sign. They will NEVER return a phone call so don't waste your time. Even after making a visit down there, still not a return call as promised. The only thing they care about is getting your money. The office staff has huge turn over and no one can speak for anything done prior to them being there. Terrible experience...BEWARE!
