Terrible management

They never respond when you need them. They take forever to do anything. The pool has been green almost 2 years now. It's like pulling teeth just to get them to send you a new lease. On top of all that they just keep jacking up the rent.

owner not there

Be prepared for the owner be out of town and not at the office with a replacement or tell the answering service where she went. Waste of time, and rude on the phone when she finally did call me back.

Property Manager at Northeast Hills responded to this review

I'm sorry for your negative experience! The property owner does not keep regular office hours and he does occasionally go out of town. I am our only office staff and am in the office 5 days a week. Again, I'm only human and do have the occasional... sick day or out of town trip. The answering service is there to contact someone if necessary but does not keep tabs on our whereabouts. Feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to address any specific problems you might have.
