Too pricey for the condition the apartments are in.
The AC's do not work properly, they take too long to make repairs when needed. Poor insulation and it requires too much electricity to heat or cool the apartment. There is not enough space for parking for everyone. There is one cart port parking space per apartment and they charge too much for it, if you choose not to pay for the cart port, there is not enough space for everyone to park, thus you are forced to pay for the cart port. The walls are paper-thin. There is no manager in the property.... You will have to call to schedule an appointment because the office remains closed. For the price they charge you can find a better apartment somewhere else.
