nice

The apartment I stay in has it's faults but nothing horrible. Ac keeps the apartment nice and cool freezing sometimes lol. Great place for my kids. Very quiet at night.

Why does this apartment have 4 stars?

This apartment is no way near 4 stars. I give it zero stars. It is falling apart at the structure. The roof leaks. There are holes, chips and chucks of missing pieces in the tile. Stains and lumpy patches on the roof. The cabinets are broken and will not close all the way. The toilet is coming a louse at the bottom. Bathtub, sink and under cabinet are bad. Carpet is the cheapest there is to buy.
