The move in process has been great. Home has never been lived in so there were some critters that needed to be taken care of(spiders, ants, scorpions) but nothing out of the ordinary. Couple of appliances needed to be “broken in” but also to be expected with things that have never been used. Couldn’t be happier with the place.

Community is quiet , neighbors are kind, kid friendly. Yards are kept up and stores are close. Maintenance is very professional and prompt.swimming is up kept and looks nice.

All around easy move in process and the office was very accommodating with our situation. I got relocated to the area from across the country and had everything set up for us in a very timely manner. Everything was done over the phone while we were driving down here. Very quick, easy and stress free.
